Here is a picture of the squid ink noodles fixed with stewed tomatoes, oregano, basil and garnished with cilantro.(because I couldn't find parsley)

It was filling and it tasted good. The squid ink doesn't seem to change the taste of the pasta all that much. I would say it is a slightly meaty taste. If I make this again, I think I will add shrimp or scallops. And maybe fennel. Crusty bread and wine on the side and its a yummy meal.
